Limited warranty starts from the date of invoice, covering parts and labor on the transmission. We will not be responsible for the removal and installation of a defective transmission. This limited warranty will not cover fluid, towing, shipping, loss of use, loss of earnings, living expenses or travel expenses. We are not responsible for subsequent failures or damage resulting from related part failure such as these items, but not limited to: torque converter, electrical controls, computer, computer programming or tuning, radiators or auxiliary coolers, linkage, external transmission lines or hoses, mounts, universal joints, driveshaft, missing dowel pins, defective flywheels, or improper transmission fluid level. We are not responsible for transmission failures due to poor installation. Any damage to transmission resulting from any type of accident will void this warranty. This warranty is also void if the transmission has been tampered with or altered in any form unless we have given specific instructions for necessary adjustments. There is no warranty on broken parts such as, but not limited to: twisted splines, broken shafts, broken sprag assemblies or broken planetaries. We do not warranty the stock output carrier (planetary) in any of our rebuilds. Any labor required by us after customer installation of transmission, not covered under warranty, will carry additional charges. We will not provide you with any cash refund except as may be required by law. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this waranty and are expressly excluded. This warranty is not transferrable.
