Two-Piece Shaft & Hub. Billet Intermediate Shaft is precision machined from 300M alloy steel & heat treated for additional strength & durability. The shaft is manufactured according to CDT Specs to address the weaknesses in the stock shaft. Billet 4-5-6 Clutch Hub is made from 4140HTSR billet steel. The hub is manufactured according to CDT Specs to address the weaknesses in the stock hub and to also improve lubrication. The hub is designed for use with Powerglide-style, 45-tooth frictions. This shaft is designed for use without OE dampner.
